Friday Aug. 15th we took both of the team cars to Drachten Airfield for the DHRA Internationals. We arrived early and built our camp next to team Warhorse. Saturday we were able to race until 10:00 PM on a well prepped track.

Frank won in Wild Street with the Fiero and Gerrit was 2nd in the Street Eliminators with the Firebird. He lost the final to Richard Minderhoud in his ’67 Firebird. Well done, Rich.

Despite the rain on Sunday afternoon it was another great race weekend. Thanks to the hard working DHRA crew, the Selles bro’s and Michael Behrens (track preppers), and the many teams who made the trip to Drachten. Hope to see you again soon.
